There are five synagogues, a mikveh, a printing house, a religious hotel, a religious nursing school, and the Laniado Hospital, which includes two medical centers, a children's hospital, a geriatric center, and a nursing school, and serves a regional population of over 450,000 people.

The Netanya railway station is on the east side of Highway 2 near the city center. Poleg Industrial Area is home to the Netanya Sapir railway station. The Beit Yehoshua train station, which is located in the Beit Yehoshua moshav, just south of Netanya, is a handy way to go to southern Netanya and the Poleg Industrial Area.
